hey, i'm  savvy!  i'm a neurodivergent artist, animator, writer, musician, designer, and game developer. i love eye-catching design, leading creative projects, and telling stories.i'm the sole developer of the ongoing visual novel "the prospector", which was featured under itch.io's top sci-fi/lgbt+ stories in 2024.

ABOUT

 the prospector  is an episodic sci-fi drama visual novel about the world's first human clone, tiresias.after escaping the decaying government lab they were created in, an enormous weight is placed on tiresias' shoulders- to help others heal from the trauma and grief their original had caused.meanwhile, many mysteries still linger. how did tiresias escape? why were they cloned in the first place? and what was the true nature of their original..? were they a human, or... something more divine?when all is said and done, a once tight-knit friend group must finally reconnect to find out who- or what- is responsible.the story is currently released up to chapter 2, part 1, and will continue in chapter 2, part 2.

MUNEMAKER is an artist from NYC specializing in a diverse array of subjects and animated fandoms with a bold and recognizable art style,
combining anime influence with UPA and Y2K cartoons.For the past few summers, they have been running 5-star Etsy and Ko-fi storefronts, successfully delivered on multiple pre-order campaigns for novelty charms and stickers, and begun selling their art
in-person at events across two countries.They are also the sole developer of "THE PROSPECTOR", which was

Like Phoebus and Terry, Tiresias has black fluffy hair, olive skin, and freckles covering his face.They wear a light blue hospital gown tucked into large black sweatpants, with a large dark blue parka on top. The parka has white fluff around its collar, wrists, and ends that resembles a sheep's wool. There is also a stitched-on black patch on the right arm.Tiresias has a scar right above their heart that can be seen in certain positions and sprites. He doesn't seem to have noticed it yet.

- The fluff on the parka resembles a sheep's wool, a reference to Dolly the Sheep, the first cloned mammal.
- Tiresias is the only character not to have a last name.
- They were named after the ancient greek prophet Tiresias by Lucas. The prophet was devoted to the god Phoebus Apollo.

Tiresias is a very friendly, kind, and curious person. Being that they were born only about an hour before the story starts, he has a fascination with the world, especially other people and their interests. After learning of the pain that Phoebus caused, Tiresias' first instinct is to offer to help those who were affected by their original's actions. When confronted about if they truly want to be good, or if it's just what people expect of them, Tiresias answers that it's both.While Tiresias always thinks very highly of others, it's easy for her to slip into doubt or insecurity about herself. When those people do something wrong, or something that scares Tiresias, his first instinct is to blame himself for being affected by it. Tiara identifies Tiresias as a people-pleaser, as she is hesitant to express discomfort or a conflicting opinion to someone they value.Tiresias is also socially awkward, and often misses social cues, such as Clark being afraid of him at first or Annie stepping away from him and not responding in one of the game overs. He profusely apologizes when those incidents do happen, sometimes going too far and putting themselves down in the process.While they are not opposed to lying to keep others happy or to defend themselves, they're not very good at it. He has the full physical and mental capacities of a 25 year old, despite being a newly-born clone.

HISTORY
(SPOILERS UP TO CHAPTER 2-1)

Tiresias was only just born at the beginning of 'The Prospector'. However, they know very little about the circumstances of their creation.Before Tiresias escaped from the pod, he was at the mercy of Lucas, the lead scientist on the cloning project. Lucas attempted to sabotage his own project by turning down the vital parameters on Tiresias pod, leading them to awake from their unconsciousness in bursts of pain.These acts of catharsis permanently stunted Tiresias' development, causing their heart to be weakened and his physical activity to be very limited.No one knows exactly how they escaped the lab, not even Tiresias themselves, as they simply woke up one night on the couch of Clark Morales, one of the lab's engineer's... And Lucas' partner.

APPEARANCE

Like Tiresias and Phoebus, Terry has fluffy black hair and a short stature. Due to his undead nature, his skin is sickly and pale. They also have a single mole on the right side of their face. Unlike Tiresias and Phoebus, Terry's eyes have a glossy film over them, making them appear gray. He has prominent autopsy (as well as top surgery) scars on his torso.Terry wears a pink chullo hat and pink hospital gown, tucked on one side into his black shorts. Wrapped bandages cover parts of his arms and legs, and he doesn't wear shoes, just white socks.He is described as moving 'like a ragdoll', and being quite uncanny-looking in general.

TRIVIA

- Terry is transmasculine.
- His full chosen name is 'Tiresias', but Jackie gave him the name 'Terry' as a nickname.
- They always wanted to be an author.
- His last name, "Armaget", is based on the biblical battle between good and evil at Armageddon. The spelling itself is a reference to Reidan Armaget, from the visual novel "Midnight Manoir", who coincidentally also wears a chullo.

PERSONALITY

While childish and impatient at a first glance, Terry is a very grounded and intelligent person. His stubbornness and quick thinking helps in keeping his plans on track, and manipulating others if need be.In contrast to Tiresias, Terry is a skilled liar. He will go out of his way to manipulate a situation, whether that be by bringing up his own/others' pasts or feigning injury to frame someone else as a perpetrator and himself as a victim.Terry hates any comparison or mention of Phoebus, and gets uncharacteristically angry or standoff-ish when people confuse the two of them. He even goes as far as to show Val his autopsy scars in order to prove that they are not the same.Terry is very devoted to Jackie, his fiancé. Around her, he shows a softer side and is comfortable enough to express more of his own insecurities and history. However, while he describes the life he'll have with Jackie as "perfect", his revenge scheme towards Phoebus still takes priority. Jackie comments that the clone is "always on his mind".Multiple times, Terry expresses discomfort and hatred for his current arrangement as a puppeted corpse, calling his body "stupid" and "weak".Not being able to feel physical pain, he has a tendency to self-harm just to prove a point, or as part of a larger scheme.

HISTORY
(SPOILERS UP TO CHAPTER 2-1)

When Terry was 6 years old, he attended St. Tighernach's Catholic Academy. He was bullied for his unorthodox interest in the occult and demonic rituals, reporting "the rarer and more dangerous, the better". One day, one of these rituals went wrong, and he became possessed by the god Phoebus. For 20 years, Terry was stuck sharing a body with Phoebus, using fleeting moments of awareness and control to try and ask for help. When that didn't work, he started trying to ruin Phoebus' life by lashing out, spending all his money, and cutting people off. This constant struggle is what inspired Phoebus to look into cloning as a way to get a new, empty vessel.After Phoebus' death, Terry hung onto the body he originally owned out of sheer willpower and spite. Enduring an autopsy, he started to possess the body as most ghosts would an object, and discovered that he could puppet even the heart and lungs to expand and contract on their own. Thanks to this, Terry was able to find semblance of a normal life.One night, shortly after Phoebus' death, Terry and Jackie met in the warehouse. Jackie was looking for a place to stay for the night, and offered a weakened, distraught Terry water. Terry allowed Jackie to stay on the condition that he bring more water, and eventually, this deal evolved into Jackie bringing food, water, and all sorts of things while the two squatted in the laboratory's morgue.Eventually, Jackie and Terry developed mutual romantic feelings for each other, and began dating. Jackie proposed to Terry on the fly one night, offering to smuggle them both to Italy and live in a family-owned building that had been empty for years. Terry said yes, but only after expressing that he needed to kill the clone first. Jackie reluctantly accepted.It is unknown what happened to Terry's family, but a subject bio reports that the entire Armaget family went missing after Phoebus' possession.

Lucas is a short-statured man with dark skin and hair, brown eyes, and (usually) a stern expression on his face. Like other workers at the lab, he wears a large lab coat with a lime button up and dark green sweater vest layered beneath. His hair is kept loose, and he wears a black headband and rabbit hairclip at all times.In the past, Lucas had longer hair, and wore a black jacket with a dark green button up underneath.

TRIVIA

- As of 2-1, Lucas is the only character other than Tiresias, Jackie, or Val to be aware of Terry's existence. Although, only seeing him in fleeting glimpses during sleep-deprived nights, Lucas always assumed he was a ghost or hallucination due to stress.
